Do you do revisions?
Unless otherwise specified in the service pack, all services include 1 revision to ensure your satisfaction with the final deliverables. If additional revisions are needed, they will be charged at 20% of the base price per revision. This policy helps us maintain a fair balance between quality and efficiency while keeping costs transparent.
How does the pricing work? Can the price change?
Our pricing is based on an hourly rate, taking into account the complexity, type, and amount of material required for your project. The prices listed in our service packs are starting prices, but every project is unique, so we provide custom quotes tailored to your specific needs. Factors such as tight deadlines, extensive revisions, or additional deliverables may influence the final cost.
Do you provide subscriptions?
Yes, we offer subscription plans for select Professional and Business service packs. These plans are perfect for clients who need ongoing work at a fixed monthly rate, covering variable amounts of deliverables. Subscriptions are available on-demand—please contact us directly to discuss your needs and set up a plan.
Do you provide refunds?
We do offer refunds under certain conditions:
Refunds are available for services completed within a 14-day period after delivery, provided there’s a valid reason for dissatisfaction (e.g., unmet agreed-upon deliverables).
However, we do not refund any materials or third-party assets purchased as part of the service (e.g., stock images, fonts).
